The Flood Ford Quick Lane is a new 5,800 sf free standing addition to the Flood Ford East Greenwich Dealership campus. The Quick Lane was designed to handle minor automotive service and repairs such as brakes, oil changes and alignments. It has 5 service bays, one alignment bay, a drive-through carwash station and customer care center allowing it to operate independently of the main dealership. The building utilizes a fiber cement clapboard rain screen siding system over CMU block structural walls to conform to local architectural design regulations. The use of a residential material pallet also provides a very efficient thermal envelope while maintaining exposed block walls to the interior for maximum durability.
