The Al Bateen Tower is a G-plus-50-story luxury apartment high-rise and a G-plus-30-story five-star hotel with an in-house business center, ballroom, restaurants, state-of-the-art health club, spa and beach club. Lush landscaping will define the site and will also be used to soften the internal edge of a garden wall that will surround and protect the grounds.
