Also known as Tremont Tower, this new high-rise residential tower, prominently located on Boston Common, features luxury flats as well as two duplex penthouse units. These luxury condominiums feature full amenities, including concierge, retail areas and below-grade parking for 100 cars. The project was fit into a tight site while observing view rights of adjacent buildings.
